Wind Chill values: falling to 25 to 35 below today. 30 below to 45 below zero tonight through Tuesday morning. As cold as 30 below zero Tuesday night through early Wednesday.
Other impacts: blowing and drifting snow could result in localized brief near blizzard conditions in open and rural areas today. Some roads in open and rural areas may become partially drifted over. Precautionary/preparedness actions.
A Wind Chill Warning means the wind will combine with very cold air to create dangerously low wind chill values. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
